Reporting a problem with a certified product — once the registry is live, every fact sheet will carry a REPORT A PROBLEM link. Until then: email, with whatever evidence you have. Complaints are acknowledged within 5 business days and can be filed anonymously; a substantiated complaint can suspend a certificate the same as our own checks can.
